why were you sent here. Ava was never watched so a pack of cigs a day was anything but uncommon, plus when she started doing anything and everything that walked, there was reason of concern. She was basically a border-line nympho.

history.
They say that the more kids you have in the family, the better. Ava’s family had seven, but there was rarely anything good about it as far as she was concerned. Ava was born younger to three boys. Surprisingly, they accepted her into their little world of hot rods and legos. She was very close with her older brothers. After Ava, her parents popped out three more. To help the mass amount of procreating going on in the household, Ava’s parents were dirt poor, or as they put it, financially challenged. No matter the choice of words, Ava’s mother stayed home and her father worked, as a busboy at a dinner. Hitting it big below the poverty line, welfare only went so far with seven children. Somehow, to Ava’s digression, they made do for a while.
Two years out of school, Cassidy Lynn was a blond heartbreaker. Plans for college were wrongly forgotten about when she met a boy two years younger then her, a high school drop out named John. Mistaken for love, the two had a child and kept having them. One thing that always kept Ava’s spirits alive when she was younger was her parent’s “love”. They would hold hands, cuddle and anything else that a young couple with seven kids would do. Ava grew off of this. She saw how happy her mother was, and growing up a tomboy thanks to her brothers, Ava, at age 8, started dreaming that one day she would be a princess and some boy would be her prince. She would be just like her mother, young and in love. Even up until age 13, Ava still looked at her mother and father’s relationship with admiration and a hint of jealousy.
As Ava hit her early teen years, things started to fall apart within the family. The promotion her father was relying on fell through; he pressured her mother into getting a job, which caused them to fight constantly. Soon, any hopes that Ava had of her parents sharing that once profound love again was shattered when her father ran away from the family and had an affair with his second cousin in Montana. Never to see him again, the family needed money desperately. The three oldest boys took jobs, until the second oldest boy, Lawson, got into a fatal car crash and couldn’t afford to be on life support.
Ava’s world was falling apart by age 15. Things weren’t getting better despite what her mother told Ava while she cried herself to sleep. Ava knew she had to do something and save herself. There was one thing that could give her the illusion that her world was holding up and that was drugs. The money to buy them came from working the nights. It was like a circle that once Ava got into, she couldn’t get out of it. Until her mother found out what she was doing, Ava was pretty much content with her behavior, except on the nights the cops brought her home. Deemed to be a nymphomaniac by her own mother, Ava was sent far, far away to Worden. It was one less mouth to feed.

Drinking game.
Trace pretended to be really happy about the whole messed up situation. Okay, so it wasn't so messed up or even crazy for that matter since it's what everyone in a band practically did. He just couldn't shake the bad feeling. All they were going to do was play a stupid game. A stupid drinking game. Trace had played them before, never won because he never won anything, but he still played them. It's just when he heard Izzy asked if he wanted to play, he got nervous about it. Trace had never really played with Izzy before, well alone with him before and he knew that he was going to get beat so badly it would almost hurt. Even though it was a stupid thing too compete over, Trace was a little jealous that he lacked in the alcoholic area. He would never show it though.
Trace glared at Izzy with only mean things in his head. HE couldn't understand why Izzy was messing with him about a stupid drinking game. Did he really have to be cocky about everything was what Trace was thinking. He started regretting doing this with him. Why did he have to agree to do something. Why did he start drinking anyways? Well shit, he was stuck in this listening to cocky guy who probably was going to die when he was 33. The thought of Izzy on one of those celebrity rehab shows with went through Trace's mind. Izzy would be bitchy and want his alcohol, then have a big breakthrough then go through it all over again. Even though Trace thought it, the picture of Izzy in rehab just didn't fit. He wasn't one of those guys who had epiphanies and stopped so they could live a little longer. Izzy was the kind of guy where drinking was his life and that was it. Trace really didn't know if Izzy cared about anyone but himself and a bottle of whatever the hell he was going to down next. What could change his attitude?
But Izzy was being a bitch about his abnormal "talent" for drinking so Trace didn't care. He was going to do this, lose then probably get pissed when Izzy gloated. Or maybe Izzy wouldn't remember winning the next morning, or probably not even wake up. Trace hated that he had even thought that about his band mate, one of his best friends. He couldn't understand why Izzy made it so hard for Trace to be friends with him. It was very hard.
"Okay whatever. But you pick, or I'll pick wine, and I don't think you'll like that." Trace agreed and admitted. HE realized what he winner would get. Years of battling with alcoholism and a bad liver. Not to mention no job. No Music. Trace felt bad for Izzy, but didn't all at the same time. He was just really confused about everything.
Trace watched Izzy drink another beer and then realized he, himself had only had a quarter of a bottle of Vodka. It was sad, but Izzy's situation was sadder. Trace wasn't about to tell Izzy to change his lifestyle even though with each passing minute he just wanted to scream into Izzy face telling him he was an idiot and that he was ruining his life. The life that was revolving around alcoholism.
"Trace, I love booze."
